With so many breakfast cereals marketed to kids, it can be a daunting task for parents to determine the best nutritionally. Cereals that are particularly attractive to kids, like those with cartoon characters, have a reputation for being sugary and unhealthy, but we decided to take an in depth look at the nutrition facts. We compiled a list of 10 'kid friendly' cereals that are low in calories, sugar and don't use partially hydrogenated oils.
